Our standard build double doors are built out of wood sheeting cut out from your shed. We do not offer any warranty or repairs for the standard built double doors as they can warp due to the elements.
We do not offer a guaranteed water tight seal for the bottom of the roll up doors as they do have to potential to leak.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Do you have to look at my site?

A site visit is not required for us to be able to send you an estimate nor do we need to see your site prior to the day of construction.
We require a minimum of 24" perimeter space around your proposed building so ensure the spot you want your building meets those requirements.

Do I have to be there for my build?

All we ask is that someone be onsite for the morning of day one of onsite construction so we can determine proper placement in your yard, as well as window placement, door placement, and any siding colours. We do not require you to take time off from work to be around for the entire building process. Once we have gone over all specifics on day one we are completely self sufficient.

Do I need a permit?

Typically any accessory building in the Edmonton area within 108 square feet does not require a building permit. However please contact your local city/town/county regarding building permits as it is entirely your responsibility to ensure you are compliant with the city bylaws. Failure to do so will be at your cost for any changes required to be made to the build after it is constructed.

What should I do for ground prep?

Please provide either a level base or sidewalk blocks for us to level your shed with.
If you would like to, you can lay around 4” of gravel or road crush down and tamper it. The size of your gravel pad does not have to be any larger than the size of your shed. For example if you want an 8x12 shed, provide an 8x12 base.

What is the timeline for getting in your calendar for a shed build?

We are usually always 30 days away for any bookings during peak season months (May-September). Bookings are done over the phone only.

Do you offer DIY shed building packages?

At this time, this is currently not a service we offer.
